Candy Donations: The Hospitality Committee is looking for candy donations for both the Schererville and Dyer Parades. We are in need of individually wrapped candy (NO chocolate-it will melt in the summer heat). If you are unable to donate candy, a monetary donation can be made toward the purchase of candy. Please make all donations by June 16, 2008. If you have any questions, please contact Monica Marsh (513-0069) or Nancy Gray. Thank You in advance for your generosity.
Schererville Parade: The Schererville Parade will take place on Saturday, June 21st at 5pm. Line-up will take place at 4. We will be using the church bus for this parade. Those participating in the Schererville Parade are asked to meet at the church at 3 to ride the bus to the line-up location, and then will be brought back to the church immediately following the parade. If you would like to walk the parade route, a sign up sheet will be available at the information center. Contact Monica Marsh (513-0069) with any questions.
Dyer Parade: Dyer Freedom Fest Parade will take place on Sunday, June 29th at 1 pm. Line up will take place around noon by Bibich Elementary. Those wanting to ride the float/walk the route are asked to remain at church following the second service. A light lunch will be available for those participating due to the time schedule.
